Data provided at booking: first and last name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off location, service date and time, number of passengers, any special requests (child seats, pets, extra luggage), notes for the driver.

Data provided through the contact form: name, email address, phone number, subject and message content.

Data collected automatically while browsing: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device used, pages viewed, time spent, date and time of access, referring website, approximate geolocation (via IP).

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): contact and booking data are used to arrange and deliver the requested transport service, send booking confirmations, coordinate with the driver, communicate about the service and manage changes or cancellations.

Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): compliance with accounting, tax and regulatory obligations under Italian law.

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): anonymised browsing data to ensure website security and operation, and to improve the user experience.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): use of analytics, marketing and chat-support cookies. Consent may be withdrawn at any time via the cookie settings on the site.

4. Cookies and Tracking Tools

Our site may use the following third-party tools, which collect data on user behaviour, subject to consent where required:

Google Analytics: visit and behaviour analysis. Data is anonymised and used for statistical purposes only.

Google Ads: conversion tracking and display of relevant ads.

Facebook Pixel (Meta): conversion tracking and ad campaign optimisation on Facebook and Instagram.

Hotjar: user behaviour analysis (heatmaps, session recordings) to improve the site. Personal data is not recorded.

Drivers: name, phone number, booking details and pickup point are shared with the driver assigned to the service, solely to perform the transport.

Technical service providers: the tools listed above (Google, Meta, Hotjar, Tawk.to, LiveChat) process data in line with their own privacy policies and with adequate protection measures.

Hosting and infrastructure providers: the site is hosted on servers with adequate GDPR-compliant security measures.

Consultants and professionals: accountants, legal advisors and other professionals, within the limits needed for their work and under confidentiality.

Competent authorities: where required by law or by a judicial order.

6. Transfer of Data Outside the EU

Some third-party services (Google, Meta, Tawk.to) may involve data transfer to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer takes place under the safeguards provided by the GDPR, including European Commission adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and/or the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.

7. Data Retention

Personal data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

Booking and contractual data: 10 years from the service date, in line with Italian tax and accounting obligations.
Contact form data: 2 years from the request.
Chat conversation data: 12 months.
Browsing data: 26 months (Google Analytics) or per the settings of each tool.
Cookies: per the durations indicated in the Cookies section above.

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR, you have the right to:

Access: obtain confirmation of processing and access to your personal data.
Rectification: have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed.
Erasure: have your data deleted, in the cases provided by law.
Restriction: obtain the restriction of processing.
Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Objection: object to processing on legitimate grounds.
Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

9. Data Security

The processing of personal data does not involve automated decision-making or profiling under Article 22 GDPR.
