Free cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled transfer time.
Late cancellation (less than 48 hours)
If the cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time, no refund will be available.
No-show
If the passenger does not appear at the agreed meeting point within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, without cancelling the booking or notifying us of delays, and without being reachable on the phone number provided, the contract is considered terminated and no refund will be due.
If the no-show is caused by flight or rail delays, please contact us right away. In any case, refunds for third-party disruptions must be claimed directly from the airline or railway company responsible.
Booking changes
More than 48 hours before the service: you may change the booking with no penalty. Any fare differences will be charged or refunded.
Within 48 hours of the service: changes are subject to availability and may carry an extra charge. If the originally booked vehicle is not available, the service may be operated with a different vehicle.
All changes are only valid once confirmed in writing.
Cancellation on our side
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to force majeure or service unavailability. In that case:
- You will not be charged anything
- If payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund
- We will do our best to offer you an alternative solution
