Where can I find my booking reference?
Your booking reference was included in the confirmation email you received after booking. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from us. The reference is a 10-digit number, formatted like 449 308 0001.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled transfer. For changes or cancellations, contact us by email or WhatsApp and we'll take care of it.
How do I contact my driver?
Your driver's contact details will be sent to you before the transfer. If you need to reach us urgently, call or WhatsApp us and we'll connect you.
Can I add extra luggage or a child seat?
Yes! Contact us before your transfer and we'll arrange any extras you need — additional luggage, child seats, booster seats, or ski equipment.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time — no need to call us. Your driver will be waiting when you land.
How will I recognise my driver?
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. You'll also receive the driver's name, photo and phone number before the transfer.
