Booking takes under two minutes from the homepage form: enter the pickup, destination, date, time and number of passengers. You will see the final price right away and receive a confirmation email with all the trip details once the request is complete.
Yes. The fare you see at booking is what you pay, everything included. No traffic surcharges, no adjustments on arrival, no surprises.
We accept cash payment to the driver at the end of the service. For special needs, message us before booking and we will find the most convenient solution.
Yes. Right after you submit the request you get a confirmation email with the route, time, price and reference number. The day before the trip we also reach out on WhatsApp to remind you of the details.
Of course. Enter the actual passenger's details (name, phone and flight number) in the booking form: the driver will look for them at the meeting point. If you prefer, leave your own contact as the payer and the passenger's as the trip reference.
Services running between 22:00 and 06:00 carry a 10% night surcharge on the route price. The supplement is calculated automatically at booking, so you know exactly what you pay before confirming.
Yes, in a few high-demand periods (Ferragosto, Christmas, New Year and Easter) we apply a 20% supplement. The final price already accounts for the increase and is shown at booking.
When the driver is available, we accept bookings even just a few hours ahead. For same-day requests, message us directly on WhatsApp at +39 375 885 1649: we confirm availability within minutes.

At airports and stations we wait for you in the arrivals hall with a name sign. For other pickup points, the driver calls the number you provided at booking a few minutes before the scheduled time.
We track your flight via the code you provide at booking, so if the plane arrives late the driver waits anyway, with no extra cost. If the flight is cancelled or seriously delayed, contact us and we will arrange a new time together.
Each passenger may bring one check-in suitcase and one carry-on. If you travel with oversized luggage, sports gear, strollers or skis, mention it in the booking notes: we will pick the right vehicle for you.
Yes, we provide child seats and booster seats free of charge on request. Tell us the child's age and weight when booking so we prepare the right restraint before you arrive.
We run our own Ford Tourneo Custom: a modern minivan with up to 8 passenger seats, comfortable interior, generous luggage space and air conditioning. When booking volume calls for it, we work with trusted partners running equivalent vehicles such as Mercedes Viano, Renault Trafic or Volkswagen Caravelle. Every vehicle is insured, sanitised between services and regularly maintained.
Short stops (coffee, photos, a quick scenic stop) are included at no extra cost. For an actual detour (an archaeological site, a winery, a stop in another town), tell us at booking so we can agree on time and price together.
Always. Every transfer is private and exclusive: no other passengers, no detours to pick up other customers. You get in, sit down, and we go.
Open one booking per flight, entering the respective flight codes and arrival times. We can coordinate a single shared meeting at the airport or, if needed, arrange separate vehicles. Message us and we will find the best fit.
Yes. The service is door to door: we drop you off at the entrance of your hotel, holiday home or B&B. In historic centres with restricted traffic we take you to the closest allowed point.
Small dogs in a carrier and travel-friendly pets are welcome. For medium or large dogs, tell us the breed and weight at booking so we can reserve a suitable vehicle.
Yes. Alongside passenger transfer we handle package and luggage shipping all over Italy and abroad, working with the main express couriers. If you left a bag behind on holiday or want a purchase delivered, contact us and we arrange the pickup.

We operate from Agrigento, Sciacca, Licata and Scala dei Turchi to anywhere in Sicily: Palermo, Catania, Trapani and Comiso airports, ports, art cities and archaeological sites. The most requested routes with prices are listed on the Destinations page.
Yes, that is our main service. We cover Palermo Falcone Borsellino, Catania Fontanarossa, Trapani Birgi and Comiso, with flight tracking, meet & greet in arrivals and a fixed price set at booking.
Yes. On request we offer half-day or full-day itineraries through Agrigento, the Valley of the Temples, Scala dei Turchi, Realmonte and the coastal villages. A local driver who knows opening times, parking and the best viewpoints comes with you.
Yes, we handle transfers to and from the ports of Palermo, Catania and other Sicilian terminals for cruise embarkation and disembarkation. Tell us the ship name and the departure or arrival time: we take care of the rest.
Yes. Across the Agrigento, Trapani, Enna, Ragusa and part of the Catania areas we also reach small villages, agriturismi and remote residences. If you cannot find your destination in the form, message us: we add it for you.
We know the Sicilian road network and its trouble spots. In severe weather, roadworks or closures we pick the fastest alternative route in real time. The agreed fare stays the same even if we have to detour.
Modifiche, cancellazioni e supporto
Yes, free of charge. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the service time we charge you nothing. For later cancellations, reach out right away and we will work it out together.
Yes. If changes come in more than 48 hours before the transfer we apply them at no extra cost (except for any fare difference). For changes within 48 hours we do our best subject to availability: message us as soon as you can.
For free cancellations (more than 48 hours before the service) there is nothing to refund, because payment happens in cash to the driver. If you paid a deposit, we return it via the same method within a few business days.
Yes. We operate under an Italian NCC licence and every vehicle is covered by third-party, passenger accident and professional liability insurance, in line with industry regulation.
The fastest channel is WhatsApp at +39 375 885 1649: we reply within minutes during the day. For urgent issues on the day of travel, call the same number or your assigned driver.
Email totozambuto@gmail.com or WhatsApp us as soon as you notice, with the date, route and a description of the item. The driver will check and we arrange a hand return or courier delivery, with costs covered by the customer.
Yes. We provide a chauffeured minibus service for passengers with disabilities, designed for comfortable and safe transport. Message us in advance describing the needs (wheelchair, carer, route): we will arrange the right vehicle.
Fixed price set before the trip, vehicle reserved for you only, licensed NCC drivers, flight tracking and free cancellation up to 48 hours before. A taxi does not offer this level of guarantees.
